Canada:

Letter mail Shipping - $3.99 for orders smaller than $60 does NOT include tracking or insurance and typically arrives in 6-8 business days but Canada Post allows up to 21 business days for letter mail. Although it’s not common for packages to go missing The Bowed Doe is not responsible to replace or refund lost packages, untracked shipping is at buyers risk. 

Tracked Shipping - $18 can be chosen for all order sizes but is the only choice for orders exceeding $100 dollars. This shipping option includes tracking and insurance and arrives within 2-4 business days depending where you live within Canada.

USA:

Tracked Shipping $16 CAD: for all US orders and includes tracking and insurance. Packages going to the US usually take roughly 2 weeks to arrive but delays at customs do happen occasionally. 

 

Returns:

Due to these being hair accessories, all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with the quality please message us within 24 hours of receiving it with pictures of your order. We appreciate your business and pride ourselves in exemplary customer service.
